Description: Improvements to Municipal Building and Township Properties Master Plan

GKO Architects has been working with Whitpain Township since 2006 on an array of improvements to the Township Building and its satellite properties. We started by preparing a feasibility study to expand the Township Building. Next we completed renovations on the Main Floor Level, including a reconfiguration of the Administrative Offices and security updates to the Police Area. The next step was to renovate the Police Department Area.

Finally, we prepared a comprehensive Master Plan Study of the Township’s 10 satellite properties. The Master Plan provided recommendations on all of the Township Buildings and Properties including concepts for space reorganization and future renovation/addition needs.
