GKO Architects designed and documented this house addition as a pro-bono project for a family in need. The structural engineer for the project, Gary Talbot of GTA Inc., also provided services at no charge.

After hearing about the family’s desperate situation, a group of contractors led by Reynolds Construction Management is volunteering their time to construct this modest house addition.
